Slow growth, long working hours, immense stress , zero work life balance, they expect you to work on weekends as well sometimes after your shift..even after giving your 200% and doing everything asked of you they will give you a bad rating and kill your motivation to work so eventually you will leave, else they will put you in PIP and people have also been randomly asked to leave immediately after completing the PIP period without being able to serve the 90 day notice period, HR will force you to resign against your will else they will blackmail saying that they will terminate you which will look bad on your profile so resign yourself, as it will be better for you. They give you peanuts and expect results in diamonds. There is also regional Bias in their chennai Office. They mention hybrid work policy however it is at the managers discretion and they will ask you to come 5 days a week to office...hybrid policy is a trap. They will make you feel guilty for taking the leaves that are provided to you by the company and even expect to cancel your leaves. It feels like a living nightmare to work at such a toxic place.
