You will probably find that your immediate team is good - and will try help as much as possible. I did manage to build some really good relationships up within my ten years there. Salaried staff don't tend to have trouble with actual pay and their salary sacrifice benefits are good, along with discounts at retailers etc...~If you are able to stick it out for a while, SAYE and shares might benefit you.

It's the very top layers that are forcing technology, processes etc... with very poor comms and consideration for client demands. Very much top level style over substance and much of the middle management who are left to deal with angry and frustrated clients and they have very little support. There has been a sharp decline of team moral - a lot of loyal people who are leaving in droves due to lack of support - this is through the business. Alot of the really difficult decisions that are being made are very cloak and dagger and then announced with immediate effect and the teams are expected to implement with little support. There are tooo many systems that are used that aren't properly linked and there is always a project going on to sort something or other but not a lot actually get full embedded because there are always issues. very little accountability for poor behaviour and/ or performance across the business. if any of the above is ever mentioned, it is brushed under the carpet or agued against. this review will probably have someone comment that we need to raise these issues and escalate etc... but that is done but through and solutions are rarely agreed, and I had to witness a very good team member walk away as a result poor comms for his teams pay increases - which he was unwilling to to accept and no longer felt valued at the company.
