Founder - he dont know how to respect a female being a male person I feel bad on how he speak to my co-workers who are female. There are other 2-3 years Exp. Developers in mobile team who are oldies but they behave as CEOs they will treat you like you are of no good no mater you are 10 years exp. And now point in raising a complaint as no ONE HEARS
