We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here. We have built a robust Talent & Performance Appraisal system, using which we reward Talent at MobiKwik. One of the basic principles of any reward system is "Differentiation" based on performance & potential. We also make sure that enough dialogues happen w.r.t. performance & timely feedback is given to employees who need improvement. Our new HR policies provide all the freedom & sense of "good judgement" to employees as far as work-timings etc are concerned. Some of the things mentioned above seem totally untrue and seem to be written with malicious intent.
