Moneycorp by far is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The executive team is completely clueless and out of touch with what’s really happening in the company. Leadership is ineffective, directionless, and seems more interested in maintaining a facade of success than actually doing the work needed to succeed. They have no vision and no understanding of the industry they claim to operate in. The toxic work culture is unbearable, with no support for employees and zero transparency. They talk a big game, but the reality is they treat their people poorly, with little regard for work-life balance, growth opportunities, or employee well-being. The environment is completely demotivating, with management that has no idea how to lead effectively. If you’re considering working here, take this as your warning: stay away. Moneycorp is a sinking ship and no one seems to know how to steer it. Avoid at all costs!
