-> Work hours are like in average 12 hours at min. Although you leave the office, you've sufficient tasks loaded with you to drain you. -> No work-life balance, although they would say you that you are free to choose your own task and do it in a timeline that you've said, that is not the case. This is not team specific, it's throughout the studio. -> People are always frustrated, top management is available, but rude. -> All they want is to make money and fame, no matter how their employees are or how they could shape their career, none of their concern. -> They discriminate you based on your role, this is grown in their culture. -> Hardly any office outing, it's always blood-draining work for hours. -> No humanity, monitor every day to day activity of yours and would use them as a tool for them to bully you. -> Work for a year, blood and sweat. You get 0% hike, giving stupid reasons as mentioned above, if you question, you can't win. -> No defined salary bucket, you can be paid way below market values, even if you are working three times of your normal work hours. -> Very fond of Ivy league engineers, they almost see people coming from normal companies or colleges as dumb. -> Overall environment is to lure people by showing their status, make them work like anything, drain all of them and give them a reason to leave, look for new employees.
