I always felt supported in my current work and wherever i wanted to progress to next. The culture was great and the work was rewarding. I learnt a lot in this role and from the SMT.

You never know when it will get busy as it is based around weather events, but thats part of it being so rewarding, helping people get back in their homes after a disaster - its not bad being unexpectedly busy when you can help others.

Supportive team with a work really hard, play hard mentality. It’s the people that make this place great.

Can be a lot of work and long hours but only because everyone cared about the customer and doing the best they can. Can be stressful.
