Motorola produce great products and have a strong brand presence in the market place. There are some very loyal employees who work tirelessly to maintain the integrity of the brand.

Senior management in Australia are extremely arrogant and ego driven to the detriment of the organisation. There is no loyalty or recognition toward its employees who in turn don't respect current management. It used to be a great place to work but this changed dramatically in the last couple of years.
