More focused on protecting unqualified 'old furniture' than to progress company values & growth. No regard shown for staff welfare/wellbeing, with wages half the industry average has led to an exodus of key staff over the last 5 years. Innovation is forbidden, so is access/time/investment for meaningful training, continuous improvement or career growth, decades of dedication and exceeding performance KPIs being disregarded and unappreciated. An ironic dystopian working environment where doing the right thing is punished, while those who regularly don't have the company's best interests at heart, are rewarded.
