Similar to most tech companies, going through frequent changes. Very young culture, similar to a cult (toxic- you are either "in" or you aren't). If you like to drink (as mentioned in a previous review), great place for you. HR will promote health insurance benefits, but they are not robust for the cost. Large team of HR in comparison to company size, but delayed in response to employee questions and/or concerns, very under-impressed with this department. Selling a plan that is advantageous to the company from a cost and risk perspective, but will under reimburse the employees for their drive time. Told that there were defined territories, but turned out that is not the case, favoritism strongly exists.
