Calls can take up to 3 hours and sometimes longer. Especially when selling to the older generations. Docu sign process isn’t the most user friendly for customers.
Micromanaged.
Over saturated leads of unqualified customers.
Low work life balance.
Have to work 1 Saturday a month.
Missing quota 2 months in a row means termination regardless of the factors.
Benefits aren’t great.
Frequent comp plan changes.
