Besides being able to say you worked here- everything else is a con. Management or really anyone with the word director in their title is an egotistical dictator who has no respect for the people below them. Worked there for a year and have never been treated with so little respect. If you can suck it up for a year to have on your resume do it...otherwise find somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. There is no life/work balance...if you are not there until 9 every day you will get yelled at, the idea of a personal life is non existent at Mullen.
