      No formal training / classroom training for new hires. No airconditioning on the night shift. No client, no pay. - Unlike in other companies where the employees continuously receive bi-weekly compensation even if they are in 'floating' status.

      Multisoft is a company that has a strong product and even more important, a staff that truly cares about its clients. From top to bottom, almost every single person there does their best to assist the clients with their success and it was impressive to work with this crew. Multisoft is also what I would call a big/small company. They are small enough to be fluid and will make changes on the fly if it betters everyone. They are also big enough to service their clients 24 hours a day with an actual human being on the other end of that phone or helpdesk ticket.
