5yThank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback. MDA cares deeply for our families, and we aim to provide them with the best care and support services. We are constantly looking at new ways we can improve our programs for our families, as well as working on improving internal technology, policies, and procedures to ensure our employees have the support and resources they need to be successful. No one could have foreseen the devastating impact of COVID-19. As with virtually all organizations and businesses, this global pandemic has forced MDA to rethink the way we work and to quickly make shifts in our internal operations. In doing so, we have shifted our focus and limited resources to uplift the most impactful aspects of our business so we can help MDA come through this challenging time and continue to serve our families.
