Time Management is not up to level

Their acting skills are tremendous

I had bad experience with them. Raised the below concern with them : “We are requesting LinkedIn information to ensure authenticity, as we often need to verify names provided. During my interactions with your organization, I encountered the following issues: 1. There was no effective communication channel to address our concerns. 2. Customer support primarily focused on payment reminders rather than addressing our issues. 3. Last month, I requested LinkedIn profiles for specific individuals via our WhatsApp group, but received no response. Additionally, my search on LinkedIn yielded no results for the individuals associated with your company. 4. We need to verify authenticity before proceeding with payment. We believe it is our right to ensure this verification.” Instead of answering my concerns they are fighting me personal chat and blocked me from the whatsapp group and deleted my messages. So I, concluded They are not authentic, just putting messages of congratulations with some particular student, and when we asked them to share their LinkedIn or something they don't have any answer for that. Moreover they are greedy of payments they texted and send mail multiple times.
