They talk a lot about wellness, but the basics aren’t there. Pay is low, benefits are weak, and most people are stressed just trying to get by. Leadership can’t seem to stick to a plan, and when something goes wrong, they blame the team instead of owning it. People get let go with little warning, which explains the constant turnover. Decisions come from the top without much thought, and it turns abusive fast if you push back. The only way to stay comfortable is to keep your head down and agree with everything, which wears you out pretty quickly.
