Skilled employees are leaving in waves, while top performers are ignored or pushed out. Vacation pay and other earned benefits are withheld from resigning staff – completely unprofessional and borderline unlawful. No real HR presence or functioning employee support structures. Despite plummeting results, NIBE seems absent – there’s no visible governance or corrective measures being taken.
