The people in this company is their greatest asset. Everyone is friendly, helpful and ready to assist. I've enjoyed all of my interactions with my peers and enjoyed my time here. Management is very transparent and volatile. They are sure to keep you up to speed on everything. Dave and Rich are excellent leaders and make sure you know how the company is doing, what the company is doing to get better and what the future holds. This trickles down to each tier of management and each manager tries to amplify and exemplify the work of the presidents. The BD Director Matt is a great asset to NIP as he works hands on and visually with you to make sure that you are learning best you can. He does NOT micromanage and lets you learn on your own without someone leaning over your shoulder. He gives you the tools you need to succeed and advance your learning and skills. The Work Life balance they offer is excellent as the PTO program they offer is extremely generous. The pay is good for an entry level position and they also give you an opportunity to earn a generous bonus as well. Make no mistake you will have to work to earn your bonus but it is definitely achievable. The company also recognizes other skills that you may have and utilizes them in other departments if necessary which gives you further exposure. All in all this company is headed for greatness full steam ahead!
