9yThank you for your feedback, which we do appreciate it, be it good bad, or indifferent. Providing support and encouragement to all colleagues is a priority for us at NP. As you know we’ve recently introduced monthly “NP Voice” sessions for colleagues to feed back to the leadership team on aspects of the business you think should be improved. This has been well received and many of the suggestions and ideas have now been actioned. As you may also be aware we’ve been conducting a full review of our Training offering. A revised and improved series of training modules are being rolled out to all consultants this coming quarter.
