- High salary - Great culture - Flexible hybrid model - Nice colleagues - Interesting technologies depending on the project - Extra benefits like private insurance, ticket restaurant and mobile phone

Svantaggi

- Common to be involved in two projects in parallel and to change projects in short periods - on call shifts even for developers depending on the client - Most of the Project managers are not pretty aware of tech part and most of the times depend on team leaders in order to organize the sprint - Many meetings per day as part of the 2 project involvement. As a result there is much less productive working. - Annual leave may be painful when involved in 2 projects where you have to be alligned with two teams
