Let me first thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are now over 2000 strong - perhaps we should announce that in the next newsletter. It feels really good to see you mentioning that there is continuous effort to improve culture. Maintaining and improving our culture is the most important thing we can do. Having an office in Noida is not something that is off the table. It can always happen and we have talked about it several times - but not found reasons compelling enough just yet. It could still happen. But more importantly, regarding how approachable the management is, I request you, please reach out to anyone who you need to talk to. While you are right that we are much bigger than the 300 we once were, but we do want to continue to be a very open and approachable company. So, you should definitely reach out whenever you feel the need to.
