And you are right, everyone who is at Nagarro today will look back at the day when we were just a small 100 million dollars company. I am happy to see that you are finding that your time at Nagarro is well spent. All of the pros are things that we consider intrinsic to our growth and culture. Having a strong focus on people and maintaining a very flat culture is critical for us. We are putting a lot of focus on being 'employee centered'.
