This company is okay. For anyone who starts fresh after D Licences training this is a good place to start working

however they are very unprofessional. Management is unfair and hours get cut. They do not communicate with their employees and don’t speak on benefits you may have available to you

Decent pay not high enough when you consider how expensive Miami is But decent pay. They can put you in different spots to work in closest to where you live.

Management aren't nice, dispatch will call you once day and will be rude to you have a nasty tone when they talk to you. Your on egg shells with them. A great example is this. I am doing my patrol and I put in the notes the times I am taking a break and when I am covering someone in different areas for there break so of course during there break I'm not scanning security spots. You gotta stay at the person's desk you can't leave the erea unattended. And instead of them reading the notes and than calling. They assume you didn't do anything for like an hour and a half or two when really the notes even say took my break than covered this person than covered that person. Also you write a concern to them and they won't respond to it but you are supposed to respond to them always not good
