Good collaboration, opportunities for advancement, excellent team work atmosphere and other departments are very cooperative and willing to help when asked to.

Management can be very narrow minded in terms of seeing an employee's point of view in a dispute. Computer system needs to be brought up to date to have less issues and they should allow wireless connectivity as other companies do.
