Where do I begin? This company had so much potential at the beginning. However, post covid, it became clear that higher ups do not care about their people. The TE org in particular - everyone touts this department as being the 'selling point' of the company and having a 'travel agent in your pocket' however at the end of the day, this is the least cared about department in this company. Changes are made almost daily with the excuse that its a "start up environment"- 8 years in how long can we use that excuse? Senior leaders make decisions that they know nothing about and when feedback is received you are punished. People are fired as a result of poor decisions that they did not make, but instead just implemented. Anything to protect anyone C-level right? They do not listen to those that the changes directly impacts and instead have meetings to act like they're listening, but at the end of the day no feedback is actually implemented. They will occasionally throw money at people as if that fixes everything - it does not. Morale starts from the top and until the TE org truly feels seen, heard, and cared about- morale will never be fixed. If you care about your mental health at all- run, do not walk, far away from this company. It is a sinking ship.
