Vantaggi
- Cutting-edge projects and modern tech stack - Trust-based, no-frills culture - Good work-life balance with solid remote setup - Awesome leadership and learning opportunities Naviteq is one of the best places I’ve worked in. If you’re a skilled engineer looking to level up your tech and soft skills, this place might match very well. Company provides high-quality DevOps services to all clients in different industries with a modern tech stack. Compared to other outsource companies I’ve seen, Naviteq feels WAY more honest and fair. Good work and solid ideas are valued here. Clients treat you like a pro, and the communication is kept at a good level. Work-life balance is also something you can shape here - there is no spying software or screen recordings, just a culture that trusts you to get the job done. Company hires great engineers for the long run and treat them well. The projects are pretty cool. For example, I got to work on a well-known AI startup project dealing with GPU calculations & LLMs - being on the cutting edge of tech. The Head of DevOps is a rockstar - skilled, polite, and a great person to work with. Working in Naviteq allows to learn a lot. The company culture is warm, welcoming, there are no pointless meetings. Company drives good-quality internal learning sessions with known speakers from the industry. Remote work is handled well-balanced here. I’d recommend Naviteq to any DevOps specialist who wants to do great work, see the results of their efforts, and get paid well while sharpening their skills. It’s a place where you can just focus on doing your thing and growing.
Svantaggi
This company can't suit everyone just like any other place. As an outsourcing firm, it provides high-quality DevOps engineers to clients rather than focusing on a single product - so that engineers act as primary client contacts, managing communication, planning, and execution independently. If you prefer working as a part of a large DevOps team on a single project having a very narrow responsibility scope or struggle with self-directed work and long-term implementation of your own ideas, this environment might not be the best fit
