The hybrid policy which was stated to be “here to stay” was a bold faced lie. So desperate this organization is to justify their real estate costs that they are blind to how much productivity a hybrid schedule allows. Disingenuous leadership cutting employee bonuses by 50% for even high performers is a joke. How out of touch they are! It would be hilarious if employees were not having their careers ruined. All this while Navy Fed is making profit hand over fist, even going so far as to get in bed with corrupt politicians to have $90 million lawsuits canceled. What a disappointment for what was once a prestigious institution.
