The people and the culture really are great. Compensation was good, maybe one day it will be again. Working with association clients can be very rewarding.

Svantaggi

There have been a series of business decisions over the past few years that put the company on a VERY bad footing. This has led to layoffs and cuts across the company that didn't just hurt morale, but really make it hard to see the company returning to where it was any time soon. I'd love to rate it higher as the people, even upper management really are great to work with.

- Management knows what they're doing and does a good job at getting interdepartmental projects done smartly - Lots of vacation time - Very good about remote work flexibility

Svantaggi

- Annual performance reviews & raises were not a standardized company process during my time there. Raises were at the discretion of your direct manager - Smaller company means health insurance was lackluster. Would not recommend joining unless you can be on your spouse's health insurance coverage

- Competition is ruthless. - Colleagues become fiercely competitive and constantly clash over territories, stolen clients, and commissions. - The people responsible for this are management. - The unfair treatment and blatant favoritism were impossible to ignore. - Better territories were handed to favored employees while expecting everyone to hit the same targets.
