The culture here at NB is truly phenomenal. From staff giveaways to events, you truly feel like you are valued and appreciated and not just an employee on payroll. Plus, the company is almost exclusively remote, and the flexibility of that is incredible. Great people and amazing remote work environment.

Neighbors Bank has built one of the best remote work cultures I’ve experienced. Even though employees are spread across different locations, leadership does an amazing job creating a connected, supportive environment where employees truly feel seen and valued. There’s a genuine sense of community, collaboration, and encouragement that makes remote work feel personal instead of isolated. What stands out most is how much leadership cares about people. Leaders are approachable, compassionate, and intentional about checking in on employees both professionally and personally. You can tell they genuinely want their teams to succeed and feel supported.
