Friendly environment that allows you to take on new project and challenge yourself. Great job for self driven people who want to exceed in helping other find what they need. Allows for great team bonding as long as your other coworkers are up for it. Management is very forthcoming and wants to see you grow.Overall if you can take constructive criticism well you can learn so much and become a big part of anything you want here. Overall a great place to work .

Unfortunately this being a very team based work environment if someone in your team is selfish and makes things difficult it can make your work day a little more challenging but then again who doesn’t enjoy a nice challenge.

Neoperl is disorganized and doesn’t value it’s support staff. They allow management to handle situations in an unprofessional manner that breeds favoritism and poor morale. I drove to work everyday with a pit in my stomach, not knowing the drama that would ensue that day and barely making enough money to make ends meet, essentially living paycheck-to-paycheck. Knowing what I know now, I would have never sought employment there.
