1. No communication - Important tools like Slack, Salesforce, are taken down without a single line of email about this is going to happen. 2. Management Skills - CEO has no management skills and that shows in his entire organization which just a puppet in his hand. People say yes to any illogical ask. No bonus and hikes given.. Not even discussed on why this is not being given, which goes back to #1 above of poor communication. 3. CEO only boasts of his skills. In multiple calls he says why he bought Quotient and has done a favor to people. The only favor he has done is to the people who were involved in this Sale. 4. Lay offs- We all know that the entire Industry is going through a tough phase and layoffs are everywhere. But it happens in this company is ruthless. They lay off the people with a phone call and then try to find out what was the role of the employee. 5. No one has decision making power except CEO and a little with CFO. Imagine how useless a CEO is who is approving every sales deal and every expense report of employee.
