"Churn and burn" sales environment. Do not value their employees. Also, does not have a strong IP telephony offering. Have had numerous issues with their VOIP platform.

Working at NetCarrier was a great stepping stone in my career. I learned a ton about the telecom industry, customer service, and problem-solving under pressure. The team was supportive, and I always felt like my efforts were appreciated. The training was solid, and I gained valuable experience that I still use today.

Svantaggi

Like any call center, the work can get repetitive, and the pace can be fast, especially during peak hours. But if you're someone who enjoys helping people and staying busy, it’s a good fit.
