Toxic and unreasonable project directors/managers. Management rather push and overload capable staff while no action is taken on lazy staff who do not perform their duties diligently. Company favours "talkers" over "do-ers". Responsible staff who takes on additional responsibilities out of good will are not appreciated. Company does not care about staff welfare, such as forcing staff to cancel their long-approved annual leaves or forcing staff to work on Sundays. Staff will get kicked out or terminated immediately if management feels, he/she no longer serves their interests despite meeting expectations in performing his/her responsibilities. No point to feedback the issues to HR because the project directors are all shareholders of the company.
