Low pay. Stressful, deadlines are strict and something is always missing so you have to wait And wait….. then rush to get it done on time. It’s about 45 degrees in the work area. Really cold!! If you’re not a lead or supervisor, management doesn’t acknowledge you. And they think we are robots. Work faster. Faaaaster! They’re always short staffed. High turnover. Every where else pays more than Newrest.
