Fatally dedicated to their 2007 business model. They talk a big game about how much you learn, but 80% of your day is spent running the same 10 scripts, day after day after day after day. They want people to get their Linux+ but 3/4 of the support team has never gotten it..because it's not even remotely required to do the job. Management is very manipulative and inner circle driven. Support leaders are overworked and aren't very good at fostering a team atmosphere. Pay is about 15k less than it should be..and they prey specifically on working class kids and make them think they have found the yellow brick road. Tech support is not a fun gig anywhere..but they specifically talk about their "beyond" culture while simultaneously doing nothing to improve the way the work gets done. Support is a dead end in the company.
