Some team managers feel they own the company and moreover they take all the decision and tend to act like directors, also management supports them 3. The office space is shared and the concerned authority who overlooks the property is way too old and has old mentality and mindset. they wouldnot allow you to sit on a chair relaxed, donot talk in pantry donot talk in office donot talk in walk way. the only section where we can talk is outside office building. the directors from shared space comes at pantry and tells employees to shut up and get out if employees are chitchatting and giggling in the pantry. 3. you will get addicted to the work environment here, wont be able to learn more as the work is monotonous
