I don’t recommend joining this company if you value your mental health. Silent layoffs. Getting overworked. Toxic positivity. Getting pushed to the limit. Preferential treatment for some. Complete dishonesty from the leaders. Lack of vision. And so on…

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience at our company. We strive to create a healthy work environment that encourages a work-life balance. That is precisely the reason why we decided to adopt a 4-day work week, with all the challenges that implementing such a large structural change implies. A proper organization and prioritization of work is key for not getting overworked or pushed to the limit, as you mentioned, but it’s part of the learning process that we are continuously going through by working four days a week instead of five. Regarding silent layoffs, we are committed to always being open and transparent with our team about any changes that may affect them. Honesty is one of our core values and it applies to all company levels. We understand how difficult the tech industry has become in the recent months and how layoffs have been a consequence of the crisis for many companies. Fortunately, we stayed solid. -4-day workweek. -Automatizations for almost everything make the job easier. Competitive salary. -Great system for technical screenings and well-prepared technical interviewers. -Great offer of Job opportunities. -Good benefits for employees such as birthday gifts and PTO (It used to be Unlimited)

Svantaggi

-Complete lack of communication between areas (sometimes inside the same area) -Unfair metrics and focus on the end result instead of the whole process. -Bad training. -Wrong people in management positions: The best honest employees get stuck and they give more opportunities to sycophantic employees. -Toxic competition: they encourage dishonest and toxic competition between employees and don't pay attention to real team building. Instead, they try to force it with activities that don't add much value. -Sometimes they accept any client or any position out of necessity (This is not good for both ends as the client will get pissed and the employees will get stressed out trying to find "unicorn" candidates)
