documentation is all over the place. Processes vary on teams and locations. Some management really are grossly incompetent or unprofessional. Wages are a joke for office based staff and do not pay overtime yet they railroad you into having to stay back then offer TIL as an incentive which you never get to take, resulting in staff never getting back time spent working. There is a significant amount of additional hours worked by lower staff that management choose not to recognise so it is almost a given that new staff are taken advantage of in this space.

Over the years, the change and transformation of the executive leadership team has been a bit tumultuous and has blurred the lines of what the vision is for the future - both short-term and long-term. With a constant change in leadership, there seems to be a trickle-down effect with middle management shifting and changing often.
