The scheduling was chaotic and unrealistic, with jobs booked far apart, forcing me to speed, rush parking, and rack up monthly fines that ate into an already low wage. Lunch breaks didn’t exist, and late finishes were the norm, often cutting into personal time. Annual leave is barely legal. Management, particularly Ryan (London), came off more like a wannabe Dragons’ Den judge than someone who understood photography or valued his team — it was all about hitting targets to boost his own image. If you’re a creative trying to build a portfolio, use this place briefly if you must, then run.
