This company does not trust its employees, there are cameras on you everywhere except in the restrooms. The restrooms in Coolidge have something embedded into the walls so you cannot even use your cellphone in a medical emergency.
Nikola is unstable financially in all aspects. When we do take in money the company over hires and shortly later when it goes away they layoff, this process repeats over and over.

Not environmentally friendly at all, using toxic chemistry for batteries, lots of rare metals in the FC and buying all hydrogen made from fossil fuels. Company says that there is lots of focus on protecting the environment but completely turns a blind eye internally.
Safety is not a thing here, they have people with no masks and no protection pulling batteries out of vehicles that had thermal events.
Because of the toxic workplace, misleading metrics and job security instability most brilliant people have left.
