Well, there is not a single advantage to work in this company. Harassment and insulting employee in the whole office is his most favorite work. Blaming an employee is his other favorite task. If any problems happen from his side or not, He will come to you to harras you in the whole office. Due to this harassment and bad behavior in an organization, they are doing bonds with the employee so that the employee can not leave the company (so that Harish can do whatever he wants to do). If you have free time, want to exploit your career, want to get harassment, and mental torture, then go ahead join the NIPPON DATA. Nowadays, the majority of tech companies, ed-tech companies, and fintech companies are getting investments.
