The exec leaders here speak in such a measured and honest way about company objectives it made my jaw drop the first time I heard them. - They are willing to invest in their people and customers to ensure success.

- Benefits package could be more robust, no 401k matching - Company is clearly going through a period of change as they become more intentional about growth. There has been some noticeable friction particularly given longer tenured employees came straight from teaching and are less business oriented.
