We believe the hybrid approach, where employees work from the office 50% of the time and from home 50% of the time, truly benefits both employees and customers. With our additional 10 WFH days plus our other time-off options we’re confident this is the right balance to maintain our culture. Also, our Education Assistance Program is quite inclusive, covering 100% of course costs as long as the learning opportunity makes sense for an employee’s development goals.
