-Outdated systems. Compared to other carriers I would say Northbridge is below average on the technology front. -The hybrid work from home model is A W F U L. It is hated universally by everyone at the organization and senior leadership has doubled down that it is here to stay. You are required to be in the office 10 days a month, point blank period. No flexibility. Sick kid at home? Too bad. Broken leg? Nope, get a wheelchair and come in. If you miss even a half day for the month you will receive a letter threatening up to termination. Most of my colleagues aren't against RTO but the lack of flexibility is laughable when most companies are on 1 or 2 days a week with understanding management who doesn't enforce RTO like an authoritarian regime. -Very corporate culture, this may or may not be for you depending on your personality. -Lack of continuing education support aside from the CIP.
