Notable has a "no walls" culture that allows you access to all individuals. The mentoring is there, if you want it. The hours at the main office are very reasonable, not much overtime. There are a lot of very bright people in the company who can teach one quite a bit.

No training to speak of, you have to jump in and learn yourself. A smallish company, there is little room for advancement within the company, and those who get promoted just end up with more responsibilities. The benefits are sub-par for a company of this size, and the compensation is average at best. A lot of times there is no sense of urgency to solve a problem, which is odd in a technology company. There's quite a bit of nepotism in the company.
