The HR will be the first line of defence. 2. Leadership is in Delusion: They still think of themselves as a Tech Based SaaS startup, but truth to be spoken there is no Tech Product developed by them, There is a huge tech team, No one knows what they do and what revenue they generate. However, the CTO thinks that by giving sermons in Team Huddles, he can avoid the questions on his team’s credibility. 3. Do not Fall for ESOPs they are just a trap. Neither you can sell them nor the company buys back those shares, it’s as good as nothing. They have not even told their employees the valuation of their company. 4. The company is too small to have office politics, however the level of politics you will see there is crazy. Everyone just wants to be buttering the leadership and bringing down the hard workers.
