No internal HR department or staff procedures! Had no contract for 2 years, when this was questioned by staff vague answers were given, not good legal practice for a company. Eventually this was provided with none of the promises originally given to me in my hiring interview. If you are to work here, ensure a contract is given before employment. No support for employees with mental health or other serious health issues. Managers take measures to push employees to quit, rather than improving conditions. Very high turn over of staff from related issues, as there is no internal HR department internal issues have to get taken to Managers, which deal with them in more of a "personal" preference manner which is not professional.

Good scope for learning a lot of new technologies. Really nice staff, who are very supportive. As far as companies go they are pretty flexible if you need to take a day working from home etc. Its one of those places that you'll either love or hate, in my time at Nowcomm I've seen both types of person, there doesn't seem to be much middle ground in the feelings towards the companies culture.

Used to have a high turn over of staff, it seems to have settled down now with getting people in who all get along. If you like a lot of structure this is not the right place.
