      Truly a 'family-like' environment. An excellent website and user-friendly online banking system as well as a super easy to navigate internal system. Growth is encouraged and admired. Training and learning happens all of the time. Great management team and bonus pay structure for employees. If you work hard and honestly, you will go far.

      Mid-level managers can seem afraid of the potential of new employees. I.e. A pretty bad year end review by a supervisor which was later changed to a pretty good review by management...

      The management is laking and it's almost like they are intimidated by employees asking questions. Was treated well at first, but overtime was told that my questions were not related to my position although it directly related to what I did. Clear favoritism.
