We believe that the reviewer has mistaken Nucleus Security for another business (e.g. Nucleus Software). The reviewers says that they have worked at the company more than 10 years, however Nucleus Security has only been in existence for five years. Furthermore, this one-star review and these comments are not at all descriptive of Nucleus Security, which is evidenced by the rating and comments in all other reviews of Nucleus Security.

Product is decent, there is not enough investment in the Product team. They are overworked. Results in customers being unhappy A LOT! Customers leave often.

Terrible management on some teams. The COO of Customer Success does not manage his CSM Manager, and lets him get away with everything. The CSM Manager is a terrible leader, SUPER micromanager, promotes a lack of trust within the team. He overpowers his team, even on customer calls, which makes CSMs look like they don’t know anything in front of customers. This guys (CSM Manager) ego is ridiculous! This causes a very NEGATIVE wave across the company. People that are stressed out go behind your back and tell on you about random things that are untrue, instead of speaking to you to improve as a team, 1:1. Managers believe all negative things and don’t believe your side of the story. HR is terrible, unprofessional at the highest level! I saw the Head of People (HR) throw a fit at a team event, because she was stressed out. I have seen multiple people that were terminated for random, made up stories and HR simply says, “We can fire you for anything.” Terrible, because the product is decent, but some of the Managers destroy that idea!!!!
