Inestability due to the outsourced contract and inexistente salary raises. The staff were reduced but doubled or tripled tasks and duties with the same salary.

Good environment that fosters growth and development. Everyone seems to know and get along with everyone.

It seems the employees have a lot of ideas and strive for innovation, growth and positive change. However, it is difficult to convince the build to make sustainable changes.
