Inexperience top management and team leader. Basically, ONLY Chinese employees have all SPECIAL treatments or privileges. The key decision maker does not appreciate local employees. Bias happened always. For example: - No experience but with very high pay can be the team lead. Anyone can be Manager/ Senior Manager. - Big Gap salary difference between Chinese vs local employees - Local Salesman entertainment claim has limit whereas Chinese all approved without limit - Only Chinese can anyhow WFH without deducting leaves Also, due to the company's use of an unprofessional HR Executive, political problems have persisted. The HR remains detached and does not help employees resolve their issues, focusing instead on flattery to benefit their own salary increase. The promised deliverables from the management have not been met as expected. Due to critical illness, a major surgery is needed, management agreed for WFH up to 3 months after HL, but i only used 30days HL,they already have the intention to take a pay cut on me. End up must back to office for work with weak body and wasted balance 30days HL. With valid reason local staffs could not WFH, but Chinese back to China for months they approved. (Chinese Back China=WFH; Local request WFH=reject or pay cut) As one of the pioneers of company, I joined happily with passion, but left with disappointments after seeing no growth and improvement of the company.
